This document provides comprehensive details on order placement, modification, tracking, and delivery procedures.
1. Placing an Order
- Online: Via our website—requires account registration.
- In‑Store: At Platinum Plaza, Floor 1, Shop F10. Walk‑in purchases welcome.
2. Order Confirmation
- Immediate Confirmation: You will receive an email/SMS with order details immediately upon successful payment.
- Verification: Our team reviews billing and shipping information; discrepancies may delay your order.
3. Modifying or Cancelling Orders
- Before Dispatch: Contact us by phone or email before you receive a “Dispatched” notification.
- After Dispatch: Cancellations are not possible; you may return items per our Return Policy.
4. Cut‑off Times & Handling
- Order Cut‑off: 6:00 PM (EAT), Monday–Saturday.
- Handling: 0–1 business day. Faster handling for in‑stock items.
5. Shipping & Transit
- Total Delivery: 0–4 business days (0–1 handling + 0–3 transit).
- Tracking: A link to track your shipment is emailed upon dispatch.
6. Delivery Requirements
- Recipient ID: Government-issued ID required at delivery.
- Signature: Package must be signed for upon receipt.
- Alternative Pickup: If unavailable, you may pick up at our store.
7. Delivery Issues
- Failed Attempts: Two attempts by courier; unclaimed packages return to us. Re‑delivery fees apply.
- Damaged Packages: Report within 24 hours with photos. We will coordinate a replacement or refund.
8. Bulk & Corporate Orders
- Special Handling: For orders above KES 200,000, contact corporate sales for tailored logistics.
- Volume Discounts: Available upon negotiation.
9. Notifications
- Stages: Order received → Processing → Dispatched → Out for delivery → Delivered.
- Ensure your contact details are accurate.
10. International Shipping
- Currently: Domestic (Kenya) only.
- Future: Regional East Africa shipping coming soon.
