This Payment Information guide details accepted methods, security measures, billing, and related policies.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

• M-Pesa: Instant mobile money transfer (Till Number provided at checkout).
• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and other major cards via PCI‑compliant gateway.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available within Nairobi for orders ≤ KES 50,000; KES 300 COD fee applies.

2. Payment Security

• SSL/TLS Encryption: All transactions secured by SSL certificates.
• PCI DSS Compliance: Card data is processed by compliant third‑party gateways; on-site storage of full card numbers is not permitted.

3. Authorization & Capture

• Pre‑authorization: Temporary hold placed when you submit your card details.
• Capture: Funds are captured when your order is ready to ship.
• Declines: If authorization fails, we will notify you to update payment details.

4. Invoices & Receipts

• Electronic Invoices: Sent via email immediately after payment confirmation.
• Physical Receipts: Provided upon in‑store purchase, upon request.
• Tax Invoices: Issued to VAT-registered businesses—provide PIN and business details at checkout.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

• Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Failed Transactions: Pending orders canceled after 24 hours if payment is not resolved.
• Chargebacks: Unauthorized disputes will result in order cancellation and possible recovery actions for the order value plus fees.

6. Promotions & Discounts

• Single Use: Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Validity: Only valid for specified products and within promotional period.
• Erroneous Promotions: Orders placed under incorrect pricing may be canceled.

7. Currency & Pricing

• All transactions are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
• Prices exclude VAT unless otherwise noted. VAT and duties are calculated at checkout where applicable.

8. Installment Plans
