Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing, handling, transit times, rates, and customer responsibilities for delivery.


1. Order Processing

  • Cut‑off Time: Orders placed by 6:00 PM (EAT), Monday–Saturday, will be processed the same day (subject to stock availability).
  • Handling Time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Saturday) to pick, pack, and dispatch your order.
  • Out‑of‑Stock Items: If an item is unavailable, we will notify you within 24 hours and offer alternatives or refund.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Total Delivery:0–4 business days from order placement.
    • Handling: 0–1 business day
    • Transit: 0–3 business days
  • Business Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • Tracking: A tracking number and courier details are emailed once dispatched.

3. Shipping Zones

  1. Nairobi County
    • Door-to-door delivery.
  2. All Kenya
    • Delivery to major towns and cities. Remote areas may incur 1–2 extra days.

  • COD Fee: Additional KES 100 for Cash-on-Delivery orders (Nairobi only).
  • Free Shipping: Currently, we do not offer free shipping.

5. Packaging Standards

  • Protection: High-strength boxes, bubble wrap, and sturdy packing materials.
  • Fragile Items: Labeled “Fragile” and given extra cushioning (e.g., monitors, CPUs).

6. Carrier Partners

  • We partner with leading local couriers for reliability and coverage.
  • Preferred Carrier: Customers may request a specific courier; subject to availability.

7. Delivery Exceptions

  • Force Majeure: Delays due to weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
  • Incorrect Address: Customer responsible for additional shipping fees if delivery fails due to wrong address.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers make up to two attempts.
  • After two failed attempts, packages return to us. Re‑delivery or in‑store pickup can be arranged at customer expense.

9. Damage in Transit

  • Inspection: Check your package immediately upon receipt.
  • Reporting: Photograph any damage and notify us within 24 hours via email and courier. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

10. Pickup Option

  • Available free of charge at our Nairobi store:
    • Location: Platinum Plaza, Floor 1, Shop F10
    • Notification: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

11. International Shipping

  • Currently: We ship within Kenya only.
  • Future Plans: East African regional shipping to be introduced—subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

12. Bulk & Corporate Orders

  • Custom Logistics: Contact our Corporate Sales team for orders > KES 200,000.
  • Volume Discounts: Available upon negotiation.
